I refinance the loan had them sign a contract and the title was released to them without my name on it as a lienholder. I think they have sold it? What legally can I do? Can they include me in their chapter 7 they are currently filing? Can they be held criminally responsible for it or am I up Sh... creek because I never had my name placed on the title as a lienholder?
