I bought a used car 21 days ago, and my loan still has not been processed because the title has not been released by previous bank. I call almost everyday to speak to finance, and they informed me that the person who has the title is waiting for the title from the bank that he purchased it from. Today they called and they want me to come in to sign more papers because my paper tags are going to expire. I feel like just giving back the car and going somewhere else.
How long does it take for a title to be released by a previous bank? what can I do to speed it up?
dont know why u would buy a car from someone who doesnt own it...
